PRODUCTION

All production plants have a uniform concept of technology and equipment. Steeping is effected by a combination of washing drum and steeping/germination boxes. Batch size is 150- 200 mt malt. Germination uses circular boxes equipped with high capacity fans for aeration. Sufficient cooling capacity enables adequate control of the process conditions. Kilns are 2 day single deck types with air and energy compound. Heat exchangers are installed to use the energy efficiently. Picture and detailed data:
